I Made Eggnog French Toast Cookies

And they were friggin DELICIOUS. These are probably my favorite things I've ever made. They were gooey, soft, flavorful and I'm just overall pretty proud of the way they came out. You never know with baking. You should know, because it's really a precise science of exact measurements and specific ingredient specifications, but in my experience with baking it's always been a nail biter; I can just hope it comes out perfect. Sometimes it does, sometimes I lie to myself and say they're great when they're just meh, and other times I toss the treats in the trash in shame and hang my head and I do the dishes. But these came out finally really awesome, and it'll definitely be a go-to recipe from here on out.

To make these, take a regular sugar cooke recipe, add 1tsp of cinnamon to the batter. For the frosting, I took a basic frosting recipe, replaced the milk with egg nogg, and added 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Gently sprinkle the cookies with more cinnamon after you frost them.
